Our Web Maintenance Plans can substantially reduce your costs by eliminating the need to hire full time website design professionals. It is a perfect solution for those individuals or businesses that do not have the time, resources or technical expertise to manage and maintain their site.

Website Maintenance can include:

Modification of website content (text, images and hyperlinks)
Addition of website content (text or wording) on existing pages
Additions of announcements, specials, etc.
Update links, images and graphics (images to be supplied by client)
Removal of outdated content or pages
Reparation of broken hyperlinks

BAC Virtual Solutions charges low maintenance fees to stay competitively priced. These fees are dependent upon the level of updates or changes you will require for your website, and they can be paid in low monthly payments. We offer three attractive monthly maintenance packages. Our web site maintenance packages take the worry out of maintaining your website. It’s like having your own professional webmaster!

On-Demand Care: Maintenance services to clients on an as-needed basis. At your request, minor alterations will be made to your website. This plan is perfect for the website owner who has a site that does not require regular maintenance. This plan is limited to one (1) simple change/addition of text (up to one paragraph equaling 20 words or less), a picture/photo change (no formatting or alterations), a featured product changes or repair. per month. The changes will be made within 2-3 business days. If the changes need to be made sooner, rush charges will apply.	$9.95 per change (can be utilized twice per month)
Bronze Maintenance Plan: Includes up to 1 (one) hour of site maintenance per month. This service covers minor site alterations and is perfect for those needing basic text changes, picture changes, a featured product change, a new Internet special, or a few changes similar to these. The changes will be made within 2-3 business days. If the changes need to be made sooner, rush charges will apply.	$25.00
Silver Maintenance Plan: Includes 2 (two) hours of site maintenance per month. minor site alterations and is perfect for those needing basic text changes, picture changes, a featured product change, a new Internet special, or a few changes similar to these. It is perfect for the person who needs some regular maintenance on their website. The changes will be made within 2-3 business days. If the changes need to be made sooner, rush charges will apply.	$45.00
Gold Maintenance Plan: Includes 4 (four) hours of site maintenance per month. This service is perfect for those sites needing any of the above services, as well as more detailed modifications and updates, addition or removal of web pages. The changes will be made within 2-3 business days. If the changes need to be made sooner, rush charges will apply.	$85.00
Platinum Maintenance Plan: A Customized Package that will be tailored to your specific needs. This service can cover product updates (add & remove), minor site alterations, regular updates, repairs, addition or removal of pages, uploads, etc.. Our Website Maintenance Packages do NOT cover:

Troubleshooting problems caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or websites that were created or corrupted by a party other than BAC Virtual Solutions
Addition of new functionality to the website
Website maintenance does not include telephone consultations and/or in-person meetings. Maintenance contracts are suitable for website owners who are able to provide a list of work required. If consultations and/or guidance are required, please contact us for other support options.

Addition of new website pages or complex images or pictures
Creation of forms
Website re-design services
Design of new websites
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Alterations to the navigation structure of the website
Daily management and operation of your website
Any third party costs such as hosting, paid advertising, and paid inclusion to directories, specialty work (Flash design, programming such as Javascript, etc.
Additional work beyond the scope of the plan will be billed at our standard website design rate of $45.00 per hour in ½ hour increments.

Additional Information

Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee of up to 25% of total invoice. The website updates will be made within 2-3 business days of written receipt of said changes. If the changes need to be made sooner, rush charges will apply.
We realize that true emergencies can arise requiring a quick response. However, you should be aware that others who have scheduled their projects earlier may take precedence. We will strive to be as responsive as possible to emergency situations. We ask that you recognize that there may be other projects ahead of yours, and we do not offer 24/7 support and/or services
Projects requiring holiday work are subject to a 25% upcharge
Telephone Support is billed in 15 minute increments. The first 15 minutes of a telephone call is free. Telephone support includes, but is not limited to, extended calls with client that are not related to scope of current project and calls that are made on behalf of client (including hold time)
All estimates are made in good faith
All work is quoted in US dollars
Unused Maintenance Package hours are not refundable and cannot be carried over to any future month
A Work Agreement is required before start of any work
Prices, rates and terms are subject to change without notice
New clients - a 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon project delivery
