Confidentiality Statement

BAC Virtual Solutions has has defined the following policy for all correspondence and communications with you, the "Client":

Confidential Information shall include all data, products, technology, computer programs, specifications, manuals, software, marketing plans, business plans, financial information, and all other information disclosed or submitted, orally, in writing, or by any other media, to BAC Virtual Solutions, by the Client.

We agree that Confidential Information is to be considered proprietary to the Client and we shall not use this information other than for the purposes of conducting business with the Client, and shall disclose it only to employees with a specific need to know, in order to complete the project we have been retained to do.

We will not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any Confidential Information received from the Client to any other party whatsoever without the express written consent of the Client.

We realize that confidentiality is a sensitive issue for our clients. Therefore, as protection to all parties involved, we require that both parties, BAC Virtual Solutions and you, the Client sign a confidentiality agreement prior to the start of work.

No part of this website including text, graphics, logos, etc. may be reproduced or used without express written permission from BAC Virtual Solutions.
